With a unique blend of coaching and counselling expertise—plus 15 years of leadership experience managing teams in blue-chip companies like The Financial Times, Marks & Spencer, and Selfridges—I bring real-world insight to career growth and confidence-building.

I often work with women who feel who feel they’re not good enough or unsure of their next step. Using powerful techniques like career timelines to identify patterns, defining transferable skills and professional values, and offering practical CV and interview coaching, I help my clients gain clarity, self-belief, and the career they deserve.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified coach and counsellor. I hold an accredited coaching diploma with the Institute of Leadership & Management and the Association of Coaching, having trained with the Wise Goose School of Coaching.
I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold an accredited diploma in Integrative Counselling with the BACP, having trained with the Mary Ward Centre.
I specialise in career and professional development, drawing on the management and commercial experience of my career working at Director-level in blue-chip businesses, including The Financial Times, Harrods, Marks & Spencers and Selfridges. As a qualified counsellor, I also bring an advanced level of listening, empathy and people skills.

I offer a free 30-minute Zoom consultation where we can explore what you're looking for in coaching, discuss your goals, and answer any questions about the process.
I offer online coaching during working hours, Monday to Friday. Where feasible, I can also meet clients in person at their workplace.

I coach private clients across a range of sectors in the UK and internationally, including the NHS, HR, Retail, Finance, Journalism, TV Production and Counselling.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, I work with organisations, including career development programmes for undergraduates at Central St Martins University. I also played a key role in supporting unemployed professionals affected by the global pandemic, providing career coaching through a Department of Work and Pensions initiative to help them return to work.
