About me

Why I coach

I believe authentic relationships where people feel safe and experience being heard and valued, have the power to transform lives. I also believe the most powerful coaching relationship is one where you are able to identify your goals and obstacles in a safe and creative space free from judgement.

A bit about me

Life has gifted me with lots of opportunities for growth. Most have come through failure, and others from rubbing shoulders with people who are further down the road than me.

My own experience has been one where working with a coach has helped me to achieve some of my personal and professional goals. This valuable support has also enabled me to become more self-aware and walk through some of my own self-imposed limitations.

I hold professional qualifications in Personal Performance Coaching, Person-Centred Counselling (BACP registered), Leadership and Management, and also have gained a first degree honours in Applied Social Sciences from the University of Gloucestershire.

Working with me

I coach people who are committed to seeing results and prepared to put the work in, and believe coaching is most effective when you take personal responsibility for your results.

As a coach I work to your agenda and pace in a way that empowers you to make the changes you want. By working with me you can expect to receive coaching that will help you to:

  • Become more self-aware
  • Challenge limiting beliefs
  • Identify your goals
  • Increase your confidence
  • Have greater impact

I offer 50 minute coaching sessions remotely via ZOOM or telephone. If local, we can also meet face to face, as I have an office space in close proximity to Gloucester town centre.

Next steps

If you want to increase self-awareness, be clear on your goals and explore creatively how to have greater impact, get in touch with me for a chat about what working together might look like. I will aim to get back to you within 2 working days.
