About me

I coach people who want to improve the quality of their lives by helping them develop new positive habits and behaviours. I use numerous techniques such as meditation and various visualisation techniques to allow my clients to get a clear picture of exactly what it is they want to achieve.

Unwanted habits and behaviours were once a solution to a problem, although many people try to just cut out the unwanted behaviour instead of replacing it with another positive habit, therefore this creates stress which in turn leads to chronic anxiety and inevitably depression. I offer 1-1 coaching, online and home visit coaching. Don't suffer in silence, contact me today for more info.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained as a life coach and master NLP  practitioner with accredited trainer Nina Madden from London in early 2019. I come from a background in the motor trade industry, as a trained auto electrician I ran my business of fitting electronic accessories to vehicles. I have recently trained as a fitness instructor and have an access diploma in social sciences. I have ran 15 marathons, so I’m in for the long haul. I have mostly worked with clients who struggle with confidence and low self esteem, especially those who are in the 40+ age group, with grown up children. Many of my past clients are separated or divorced and have found it difficult to maintain healthy relationships, whether family or romantic. I help my clients to get unstuck when they feel they're stuck in a rut and help them build new healthy boundaries and help them gain clarity on the type of person they wish to become. Finding the right coach is important, so I recommend setting up a free consultation call to see if I am the right coach for you.

I help clients who are perimenopausal-menopausal or going through a major change in life. Menopause can be an overwhelming time in a womans life, although it can also be used as a time of new beginings and transformations.
