I am an experienced coach, trainer, facilitator and mentor and have worked extensively on DWP employability contracts and private and public sector programmes focusing on Behavioural Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding amongst many other topics.
I have coached and mentored newly qualified trainers and tutors in an adult education setting, as well as delivering my own vocational and well-being programmes.

I have worked extensively in the performing arts and am an experienced public speaker and cabaret artiste, but I have used many of these techniques to help myself and others people with their personal development in all walks of life. You don't need to be a budding Judi Dench or Anthony Hopkins to benefit from the hugely versatile techniques used in the world of drama and theatre. Fear not, I'll not have you reciting Shakespeare or make you play the fool!
