I am also accredited by: Real World Group to offer their Transformational Leadership self assessment & 360 feedback tools; and Go MAD Thinking Ltd. where I am a 'Master Coach' licenced to offer their Solution Focused Thinking Coaching programmes.

I have coached at all levels from newly appointed managers, Directors, Chief Executives and even councillors.

My experience of coaching & leading transformational change has covered public, private and 3rd sectors, from small business owners up to leaders with over 2,000+ employees.

My background has included social care, mental health rehabilitation, organisational transformation and launching my own consultancy in 2018.

I have extensive experience in the public sector augmented by the last six years running my own consultancy.

Working across all sectors including health, adult education, voluntary/charitable sector (domestic abuse & hospice care) plus recent experience with one of the UK's largest Fire & Rescue services.

My fees are payble in advance, sessions cancelled within 72 hours of the planned appointment will attract a 100% charge. 

Session fee is per hour, my usual coaching slot is 90 mins so £180 single session. Pre-paying for a programme of 5 sessions will include a 6th session for free i.e. six sessions for £900.

If you think coaching isn't affordable I will provide any client a promotional one hour session on the basis that you pay me what you feel it was worth. This is limited to one per client.

What do you have to lose?

I am committed to continual professional development & receive coaching supervision from my coach supervisor. I am bound by the professional code of conduct of my coaching body the EMCC.

Not all coaches are qualified, accredited, experienced or adhere to a code of conduct, please be careful who you 'let into your head'.

All sessions will be delivered virtually via Team, WhatsApp, Facetime or similar. 

Outside work I enjoy time on my narrowboat, karaoke/singing, occasional air rifle target shooting and am a keen England rugby fan.
