About me

My clients describe me as someone with wisdom, intellect and heart. I am a Professional Credentialed Coach with the ICF.

Before becoming a coach I spent over a decade in corporate and startup roles including investment banking and strategy consulting, I also have an MBA from INSEAD. I blend this experience with my knowledge as a coach to provide my clients with a rare combination of strong analytical thinking and high emotional awareness.

I help my clients to really transform their lives in an empowered and sustainable way. To help them feel more present, happier and more alive.

On my own journey I worked with brilliant coaches who enabled me to experience safety for the first time in my life. A safe place where I did not need to perform, I could let down my guard and connect with myself. Slowing things down I began feel myself in a new way and stop living on autopilot. Now I help others to do the same.

Life is incredible and we all have the potential to live a wonderful happy life. Create real change in your life, by breaking free of fears and expectations. I help people to stop living life on autopilot and instead live the life that they want to lead.

I work with both individuals and couples, face to face and over Skype. The first step is to get in touch so that we can arrange a time to speak without commitment. During this call we will get to know each other and explore whether coaching is right for you.

In the words of my clients...

"I have worked in leadership development with many coaches and Neena is by far one of the most talented I have ever encountered.

She is extremely intelligent – conventionally and emotionally – as well as able to empathize with me, showing both a logical practical approach while being able to be emotionally supportive and be an extremely good listener."

- Partner, Management Consulting

"Neena has a gift. She is able to hone in on issues quickly and precisely, and balances this with immeasurable patience in guiding you to unearth what she sees, as clearly as she sees it, together."

- Hassan, Finance Executive

“What started a structural pragmatic coaching relationship evolved into a deep explorative journey where Neena gently guided me to rediscover my feelings, beliefs and humanity and bring meaning and grounding to my life. I do not exaggerate when I say Neena has been the most potent and dedicated positive influence I have ever encountered in my life.

Through my coaching with Neena, I gained insight on all fronts that allowed me to fine-tune my work search approach and eventually land a position in the field we had aimed for.  Neena was there every step of the way to support me emotionally, help me practice for interviews, explain the playing field, give me guidance through periods of doubt and finally to jointly celebrate in my success of having finally reached the career of my dreams.

I will be forever grateful for Neena for her kindness, dedication and focus on detail and quality in our coaching relationship.  She is one in a million. Having had several coaches and therapists before, Neena is absolutely at the top of her game and I see her making huge strides to become one of the world’s leading professional coaches.”

- Associate, Leadership Development

“Her approach combines practical advice, compassion and a deep understanding of the psyche. She helped me achieve a sense of clarity and direction. With her patient support, I re-evaluated my career goals and initiated an action plan. As a result of working with her, I feel a sense of purpose and excitement about my future. My time with Neena was invaluable. I can’t recommend her enough! “

- Pantos, Data Analytics

Neena asked the right questions to move me forward. The coaching was very active and I made adjustments to my life from the moment I met Neena that are now important habits. These changes combined with the questions and exercises that I did with Neena have given me the confidence and inner strength to move forward with all my goals.

Neena's breadth of knowledge and experience means that she can reference examples and relevant texts that really provide confidence in the life changes you are making. I particularly remember my first session, where Neena got me to adopt a new practice based on physiological studies that immediately helped and allowed us to dive deeper in further sessions.

I have adopted almost every one of the learnings from my time with Neena and look forward to using the tools she has provided to ensure I remain clear and on track with all my goals. I cannot recommend Neena's coaching enough. It has been one of the most effect investments of time and money that I have ever made on developing myself and I know that it will help as I progress my career and life.”

- Rajiv, IT executive

"Neena was able to listen to my situation with care and consideration. She helped me list out all the options I could take in my life and worked with me to map out an ambitious path that was practical but also met all my needs.

Before sitting down with Neena l was confused, nervous and stressed. After our sessions I am now confident in my life's trajectory and have made huge but satisfying changes, which hove so for proven 100% to be the correct choices.

If you are looking for on exceptionally talented, insightful career and life coach then I implore you to contact Neena. She is of the top of her game and you con consider yourself very lucky if you hove been given the opportunity to work with her.

- John, CEO and published author

“I happily admit to being a different person now than before my coaching experience with Neena Madhok. Through her incisive and powerful questioning, Neena facilitated my ability to look inward rather than outward in order to evaluate, what I had achieved and what I would like to accomplish. Neena’s method inspired me to develop my own business and I was able to set clear aims with new perspective about my abilities, ‘face my Gremlins’ and become more confident.

My personal life has also benefited. I have an appreciation of what it means to have real quality time with my loved ones; I have become more expressive about my needs and developed loving supportive relationships. I totally recommend coaching with Neena, I have discovered a lot about myself and I realise that I have so much more to learn, it is a great feeling. Regardless of what professional or personal hat I wear, Neena sees me as a whole and able person, her intuitive, sensitive yet powerful style of coaching has enabled me to realise my potential, and experience a greater sense of purpose which has increased my happiness and overall wellbeing.”

For you to fully understand the coaching process and for both of us to be able to make an informed decision on whether or not we are a good fit, I offer a free consultation.

During this session we will explore your situation and needs, and and together we will decide how best to work together. I will recommend a format that is appropriate for your specific situation. I work with people in different ways which include regular weekly or fortnightly sessions, half day sessions, short term coaching for a specific issue.

I coach face to face and over Skype.

Further information

Coaching consists of a deep and powerful conversation where we will focus on you. It will be unlike any conversation you’ve experienced before.

Once we have decided on your objectives, I will ask you powerful questions to help you to understand and overcome the challenges you face.

During the process I will be listening carefully not only to what you’re saying, but how you say it, including the language that you use and your physiology. This will signal any issues that sit under the surface of what you are saying, and enable us to make sure that we address all aspects of the issue. I will reflect back to you what I see and hear and together we will explore what comes up for you.

The coaching process often uncovers what are known as limiting beliefs. These are things about us that we believe to be fact, but that hinder our progress. Such as “I am not a public speaker”. Part of my role as a coach will be to help you to identify these limiting beliefs and address them, resolving them can be incredibly powerful.

I will also equip you with various tools to help you live more happily and effectively; tools you can take away to begin to make powerful, positive changes to your day-to-day life straightaway.
