I am an APECS accredited Executive coach with a passion for helping Executives & people in leadership positions overcome the feeling of otherness and thrive being different and authentic to help them achieve their full potential. Also, I help leaders and their teams develop inclusive leadership capabilities using vertical leadership framework.
Being an Asian woman and having lived and worked in India, Japan and now in the UK, I have experienced multiple new environments and cultures. I have dealt with being seen as an “other” amongst my peers and being a representative of a minority community with its implications. Being the other, there is always a need to fit in, to be welcomed or accepted as part of a new environment. This need to fit in can affect your confidence and your authenticity; especially if you are in a leadership position or want to take a leadership position. It can negatively impact your behaviour, your performance as you shy away socialising with your bosses, colleagues, or feel uncomfortable being vulnerable.
I work with clients who experience otherness because of being from a minority, a different culture, ethnic background, gender gap or gender preferences. I help them embrace otherness, transcend the difference, help them be authentic and use the benefits of being different to achieve their professional goals.
Location – I can provide coaching either online or face to face in a public or private location to suit you (charges apply), I am based in Maidenhead, Berkshire but travel to suit my clients.
Duration: No minimum term is required. Sessions can be spaced and tailored according to your needs. Ideally 60 minutes to 90 minutes session once a month but the sessions can also be arranged according what suits you. I also like providing support to my clients between the sessions via e-mails to share their thoughts and progress.
Fee: First meeting is free and there on we decide the package based on the need .
In case coaching is sponsored by your company then contracting and follow on communication can be done accordingly.

Free initial online session
I am flexible with what I charge my clients. I value every client as I learn so much from coaching and helping the client. Every client is different and brings their unique circumstances so I prefer to have an initial telephone conversation with you to discuss your needs. I offer one 30 minute free phone call and 60 minutes face to face consultation session to new clients. First free session is for me and you to get familiar with each other and to discuss the approach that best suits you. We then together decide on how many sessions you would need to get the desired results. It is you who will make the changes and if you are fully committed to putting in the effort then I will provide you with all the support to help you stay committed. I also offer reduced price for each session for young professionals in the age group 21-35yrs.
