Leadership coach & Psychological life Coach

About me

About me

Who am I as a coach?

Being a Psychological coach I integrate psychological, philosophical approaches as well as aspects of Neuroscience to help clients holistically develop awareness of their thought process, assumptions, behaviours, meaning making and logic. My main focus is to help the clients challenge their mindset and develop an action  plan which gives them confidence and an internal control to efficiently manage the opportunities as well as the challenges in their personal and work environment. Furthermore, I encourage regular feedbacks from the client to make sure that coaching is going in the right direction to achieve the desired outcome.

I have more than 15 years of experience working with the organisations and many qualifications but what I treasure the most as a coach is my desire is to build a coaching relationship with you as your thinking partner who empathises with you, act as a catalyst to trigger the creation of those life transforming insights, support you when you are experiencing overwhelmingness and challenge you when you are using the limiting beliefs to defend your inaction or to create doubts in your abilities.

How will it work?

Chemistry Session: We will have a 30 -45 minutes free Chemistry session which will give me an opportunity to understand your coaching needs and to fully explain to you how coaching will work. This session will help to see we are a right match i.e. if I am the right coach for you and also for me to see that you are the right client for me and you are fully committed to these sessions. It would also give an opportunity to establish how many sessions are needed to achieve the desired outcome.

More about me: Being a woman, an Asian woman and having lived and worked in India, Japan and now in UK, I have experienced multiple cultural changes. I have experienced new environments and new cultures. Being in different environments, some of the challenges that affected me were my own experience of feeling different and a need to prove my worth in the new environments. I can understand and relate to some of my client’s challenges. Working environments are already very challenging and it makes it even more challenging for the people who are underrepresented in an environment.

My main purpose is to help my clients transcend the difference, uncover their uniqueness and strengths. To help them learn and develop vertically as well as holistically to help them achieve their goals, deal with the challenges, with commitment and authenticity.

Further information

"Navjeet has a talent for honing into the heart of an issue. She supported me during a very difficult transitional period in my life and helped me view my situation and feelings more objectively. Navjeet has a wonderful way of facilitating discussions with empathy while offering razor sharp insight. During my work with her I learnt to look at things through a different lens and develop the resilience to work through what felt like insurmountable issues. I would highly recommend her for any personal or professional coaching needs". Jazz Rehal, (Head of Scientific and partner Engagement at RB)

"I have worked with Navjeet for last one year and within that time, she enabled me to achieve a range of goals which initially I had considered far beyond my capability. I believe that Navjeet has a fantastic approach to coaching. Using a friendly and a non-intrusive approach to understand the "challenge areas" both in and outside work, she was able to help identify the route causes of these challenges. With this new knowledge and mindset, I have been able to drop the limiting beliefs/negative mental habits and adopt an attitude which encourages me to raise the bar and welcome new challenges". Gurd Singh, Associate Director (Google B2B) at Essence

"Navjeet is an excellent coach! She helped me progress in my career and helped me gain valuable insight. Navjeet asks very focused questions which help unlock valuable reflections. This has helped me manage challenging relations at workplace. The insights gained during the sessions have helped me sustain positive change. Thank you Navjeet! - Roop Gill (Programme Manager at Culture Trip)

" Navjeet is a brilliant coach, who helps you to focus on overcoming your stumbling blocks and opens your mind to available choices to achieve your desired business as well as personal  goals" Ken Kang ( Director: Ace drivewise & Crown serviced Apartments)
