Navid Nazemian (PCC) Leadership & Career Coach

About me

Short Profile

I am an ICF (PCC) accredited and NVW certified Integral Coach® and a certified HOGAN Assessments practitioner. I have a professional background in commercial roles before moving to leadership roles in HR in order to elevate the practice of people, leadership and culture.

I work as an active thinking partner to my clients and am hands on with delivery, always linking business strategy to people in:

1.     Executive Transitions: First 120 Days, Functional Management to General Management, C-Suite Appointments, Career Orientation, High Potential Development

2.     Maximising Leadership Impact: Power, Influence, Presence, Brand, Resilience

3.     High Performing Teams: Enabling teams to perform highly, more frequently

Specialisation

Using strategies designed to overcome obstacles quickly, I have helped numerous leaders to successfully eliminate unproductive thinking and solve their toughest, most complex challenges. In return they have supported their organisations to build world-class cultures primed to create new markets, accelerate performance, increase productivity and develop game-changing value propositions.

Coaching Process

There are several ways to start the coaching. The easiest way is to drop me a note to arrange a free coaching chemistry call.

During this free conversation, we explore your current situation and your coaching goals. And you will hear more about how we might work and ask any questions you might have prior to making a decision.

Throughout the coaching, I support you as you work towards your goals through conversations, advice and suggested activities between sessions. This can involve self-reflection, the development of new practices and habits, and trying out new strategies and tools. Ultimately, the most important aspect of coaching is putting learnings into action and practice new skills in ‘real-life’.

I offer my coaching services in English, German and Farsi.

Further information

What my clients say:

“I had a great coaching experience with Navid. His vast experience in different disciplines have made him a unique coach especially for the corporate environment: business insights, outside-in and inside-out views. His openness, honesty and curiosity also helped me to broaden my perspective & create self-awareness.” Cheryl D., Human Resources Director Asia & Oceana

“This was my first experience with a professional coach. The sessions with Navid were really inspiring and a great support. The coaching helped me to find ways to increase and sustain employee engagement in my business unit. The relationship with Navid was excellent and the discussions friendly and the communication direct and always solution oriented. This was a really well invested time for me.” Manfred M., General Manager BU Food & Beverage

“Initially, I was sceptical how virtual coaching works. Having gone through the experience, I must say it was great! Through Navid’s coaching I was able to develop the skill to lead whilst working from remote locations. The key learning for me was to lead through others by establishing a leadership steering team, creating a co-owned vision, defining the purpose and the ‘Why' of our team and then work jointly on the ‘What' and on the ‘How'. I can only thank Navid as my Executive Coach for adding a new dimension to my leadership repertoire.” Nitin S., VP Middle East & Africa

“My first ever executive coaching sessions were with Navid and I could not have asked for a better coach. He made the process easy in terms of our interaction, yet constantly challenged me along the way to grow as a person and leader. In my role as a manufacturing leader, Navid was able to call upon his own experiences related to manufacturing to offer insights into my specific challenges. He made the overall learning process a very positive experience for me.” Arron S., Senior Director of Operations

“I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to work with Navid for a 12-month period. During a testing moment in my life, the coaching programme provided a deep and insightful analysis based around self-awareness which resonated sharply with me. Navid encouraged me to look at the world through a different lens with the attempt of matching up my skillsets to specific roles. Navid is both patient and understanding, however also challenges you to gain new perspectives which push you to succeed in unknown territory. I couldn’t recommend Navid enough for anyone who’s stuck in a bit of a rut or looking to learn new things about themselves which they may not have considered until this point.” Francis C, Head of Sales

“Navid has coached several talents throughout their talent journey. Speaking to the talents they truly saw the value of Navid’s coaching and were highly engaged. They highlighted Navid’s ability to truly listen to understand underlying motivations, values and fears helping them become more aware of their own feelings and through this allowing them to get different perspectives on current challenges. At the same time, they appreciated Navid’s pragmatic approach of making these insights feasible to implement changes in day to day life. I can only recommend Navid as an Executive Coach due to his deep emotional intelligence combined with his business acumen.” Angela Z., CEO

“The coaching with Navid was like taking a deep breath in life to reconsider who you are, what you want to achieve and how to get there. The work started with an overall assessment of myself in order to establish a starting point. By asking the right questions & challenging some of my ideas, thoughts & deeply held assumptions, Navid helped me enormously to re-focus and improve some of my existing habits for the better. Self-reflections, exercises and practices complemented our regular coaching sessions exceptionally well. I wish Navid all the best and wish everybody to have the chance to work with a coach like him one day.” Tobias W., Head of Finance
