I am an ICF (PCC) accredited and NVW certified Integral Coach® and a certified HOGAN Assessments practitioner. I have a professional background in commercial roles before moving to leadership roles in HR in order to elevate the practice of people, leadership and culture.

Ultimately, the most important aspect of coaching is putting learnings into action and practice new skills in ‘real-life’.

Having been a local, regional and global member of senior leadership teams in large publicly listed organisations myself, I have first-hand experience of what it is like to work with the dynamic complexities and pressures faced by senior leaders. Qualifications and Credentials
Next to holding a Master’s Degree in International Management/Foreign Trade from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany, I have been trained as a Principled Negotiator at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, USA. Having successfully completed my 3-year coach education across 3 continents in Africa, America & Europe, I am also a trained Coaching Circles™ Facilitator and have completed the Academy of Executive Coaching’s (AoEC) Systemic Team Coaching Certificate. Currently I am the only European member of the Nominating Committee (NomCo) of the ICF Professional Coaches Board of Directors, as well as a registered ICF Mentor Coach, supporting less experienced Professional Coaches in their own learning & growth.

UK International Coach Federation
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
