I am a qualified Life Coach and Relational Dynamics Coach with a Certificate in Health & Well-Being Coaching and a Diploma in Counselling Skills.

Accredited through Culture at Work (equivalent to ILM level 7). 

Level 4 Diploma in Life Coaching (2020-21) at Esher College, Surrey. Accredited by CPCAB (Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body).

IAFPD Primary Certificate in Health & Wellbeing Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (2021) through Centre for Coaching, London. BPS (British Psychological Society) approved course.

Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills (2015-16), Peter Symonds Adult Higher Education Centre, Winchester. Accredited by BACP (British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists).

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
