About me

Hi, I'm Natasha, a Mindfulness Coach accredited with the International Coaching Federation as well as an energy healer. I will support you to start making some truly positive changes in your life so you can start to reduce feelings of stress or anxiety.

I share simple and easy mindfulness techniques so you can powerfully start to create the changes you want to see in your life. You will also begin to feel more confident and see the relationships around you flourish. Mindfulness, and living mindfully, allows you to start making different and better choices that puts you back in control of where your life is heading.

Mindfulness and Energy healing has changed my life.

Bold statement, I know. But it’s true.

I used to live my life on the edge, running at 100mph, burning the candle at both ends, saying yes to everything and everyone. When I was in my twenties I thought I could keep
going at that pace forever. I had no idea what the consequences of doing that would be.
I never gave it a thought and no one ever thought to warn me what burnout looked and felt like. I’m not sure they knew themselves.

It took me years to realise that I was operating with consistently high levels of stress and anxiety. I was putting on a brave face, but I wasn’t happy.

Deep down I knew that there had to be a different way to live in this crazy, busy city of London, which is my home. But how could I change when everything around me seemed to be going so fast? This is a question that I asked myself many times.

Thankfully, over time the answers came along in the way of Mindfulness and Meditation.

And that's why I'm passionate about sharing how we can exist in the busyness of London (or any city) in a very different way.

A way that changes everything.
