About me

My name is Natasha, I am a life coach and the founder of Equatelier.

I can help you with self-discovery and goal setting, ultimately to help you find a more balanced lifestyle, achieve sustainable change and to become happier and healthier by understanding what is important to you.

One of the purposes of life coaching is to help create a positive frame of mind. Life coaching helps to create space where people can clear their mind and focus on what is important to them, by unlocking inner values, looking forward and setting realistic goals to uncover a new level of balance. My approach is entirely bespoke to the individual's requirements and I try to incorporate different methods such as engaging with nature and the wild as part of working with clients.

How I can help you:
- Overcome stress and become happier/more productive in your work environment
- Achieve motherhood/work/personal life balance
- Replace wishful thinking and demotivating thoughts with powerful, result-orientated action
- Improve innate clarity, resilience, performance and overall wellbeing

I started Equatelier after 12 years of working in the city at a corporate company in a senior role. I enjoyed the fast-pace environment and working with people, however, I soon came to realise I wanted to start my own business in something I am passionate about. Equatelier is a Life Coaching and Lifestyle Management business, an all-round service to encourage you to lead a balanced lifestyle.

I have worked with high profile individuals, business owners and stay at home mothers. I am dedicated to providing a service that helps clients feel assured whilst discretion sits at the heart of what I do.

I am also a qualified in Off-Site Safety Management and a Mental Health First Aider with an in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing.

Further information

My approach is about tuning into the individual and finding out exactly what works for them, in all areas of their life. Clients find relief and freedom from mental health challenges, reconnect with themselves and deepen their connection to those around them following their sessions with me.

I will offer all first-time clients an initial 1 hr consultation complimentary, with no obligation to proceed.

Within the consultation, my aim is to understand more about the individual, help the individual gain a full understanding of how life coaching works and what we could achieve together throughout the sessions, including establishing the overarching goal of the individual.

The course consists of 6x 1 hour sessions*. Outside of these sessions, I will be contactable for brief discussions.

*A minimum of 6 sessions is usually required unless a bespoke programme is created.
