Training, qualifications & experience
Having spent the best part of 25 years in business, helping people and teams in the corporate world with a wide range of professional and personal challenges, I am very familiar with the demands in today’s workplace and the impact they have on our attitudes and lifestyles. From working with the adverse effects that stress and a lack of confidence can cause to an individual, to building the right high performing teams and improving an individual’s impact and performance, these are all areas I can help with.
Aside from my real life experience I have trained with the Institute of Leadership and Management as an Executive Coach and also at The Quest Institute which is an internationally recognised Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP Training School. They provide cutting-edge training that exceeds the National Occupational Standards set in the UK.
I am a qualified Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Life Coach.

I also offer Past Life regression.
My approach is tailored to meet your specific needs and so my fees are flexible and can be discussed according to the type of coaching required, the location and duration required and whether the work is with an individual, team or organisation.
If you would like to understand more about how I may be able to help you or your business, then please do call or email me for an informal discussion.
Helping people has always been a passion of mine. I love helping people both personally and professionally make any changes they want in their lives by guiding them to let go of anything that limits them or reduces their quality of life.
Choosing the right coach is a key step in achieving whatever need brought you to consider NLP and coaching and I hope you find everything you need to know more about my services and whether I might be the right person to help you.
But don't just take my word for it - here are some testimonials from clients I have most recently helped:
“It was fascinating to discover that the areas of my life that I thought may be the problem actually weren't, once it was looked into in a different way. It was also a great relief to realise that the issues that were of concern were all very ‘dealable’ with when broken down into manageable portions. To find solutions to the problems that were worrying me came as a great relief and I left my sessions feeling so much more positive than I have in a long time.
I feel that through NLP I have now found a way in which managing the areas of my life that sometimes concern me or feel like too heavy a burden is not as difficult or as scary as I once thought!”
