As an accredited management coach and life coach, my sessions are based on action and seeing tangible results. My three core focuses are:
I offer three types of coaching; Individual Coaching, Individual and Group Programmes and Corporate Coaching.
However, my specialism is coaching individuals to help them:

- Feel more confident, fulfilled and ready to achieve
- Identify their focus and direction
- Promote self-worth and how to achieve their desired goals using visual tools
- Feel positive, empowered and ready to make lasting change
- Understand value and worth
As part of my coaching sessions I will use exploratory questioning, this will help me understand your behaviours and your thought processes.
Sessions can help to reduce stress and anxiety - I'm currently running a programme completely dedicated and tailored to this.
