About me

Managing in this uncertainty

The last 8 months have been unprecedented in the living memory of many of us for the impact it has had on everyday life.

Weathering these choppy waters requires us to regularly review and adapt, both our behaviour and perhaps more importantly, our thinking.

I'm working with clients at the moment to enable them to reflect and review -to find new ways to approach their situation, build on what is working and change and adapt what is no longer relevant.

My approach is not to offer advice – you are the only person who knows your situation or your business and how to run it. Instead I offer a structured conversation where you can look at what is happening, what the options might be and begin to plan a strategy.

During the current Covid 19 Crisis I am working with clients by phone or Zoom, which is easy to access via the internet.

Do email me on miranda@mirandasalmontraining.co.uk to discuss how we could set this up.

What you'll gain

As your coach I will help you to review what is going on, recognise the strengths that you bring, explore the obstacles in your way and to develop strategies to overcome them.

Whether you are at a life transition stage, managing a team or running your own business the conversations we have will enable you to work out the best way forward for you.

Our discussions can also enable you to set yourself action plans and targets and be accountable for achieving them.

How I'll work with you

I offer a free short telephone or online introductory session where we can discuss what you are looking for and how coaching will benefit you.

At each future session we will begin by reviewing what has been happening since we last met and what you might want to achieve from this session. However, I often find that the initial discussion brings up points that clients had not yet thought of, so don't feel you have to arrive with clear 'agenda' items.

I normally offer coaching sessions either face to face where geographically convenient, by phone or on Zoom and find that a combination can work well.

Are you a small business owner?

I particularly work with owners of small businesses who are at a stage of wanting to review where they are and where they want to go next.

"The sessions have helped me be more objective with my business, to remove some of the emotion involved and thus approach and THINK about the business in a more strategic and pragmatic way than I was able to previously."   Sophie - Kaso Studios http://www.kasostudios.co.uk/

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
