About me

As the sun begins to suggest that summer might finally be with us - what are the things that you would like to throw some more sunny light on?

A good coaching conversation doesn't have to be about major issues or difficulties. Sometimes, it is just a good conversation that can help us clear our heads - dust out the cobwebs - and shake things down so that we can see what is important.

I can work with you to do this either on-line, face to face or if you find it easier to walk and talk we can meet at one of the many wonderful local open spaces.

Many people may prefer to talk while walking, or we can pick up a coffee and find a quiet bench.

My approach is not to offer advice – you are the only person who knows your situation or your business and how to run it. Instead what I offer is focussed, non judgemental listening, and supportive questioning, to enable you to look at what is happening, what the options might be and begin to plan a strategy.

What you'll gain

As your coach I will help you to review what is going on, recognise the strengths that you bring, explore the obstacles in your way and to develop strategies to overcome them.

Whether you are at a life transition stage, managing a team or running your own business the conversations we have will enable you to work out the best way forward for you.

Our discussions can also enable you to set yourself action plans and targets and be accountable for achieving them.

How I'll work with you

I offer a free short telephone or online introductory session where we can discuss what you are looking for and how coaching will benefit you.

At each future session we will begin by reviewing what has been happening since we last met and what you might want to achieve from this session. However, I often find that the initial discussion brings up points that clients had not yet thought of, so don't feel you have to arrive with clear 'agenda' items.

I normally offer coaching sessions either face to face where geographically convenient, by phone or on Zoom and find that a combination can work well.

Are you a small business owner?

I particularly work with owners of small businesses who are at a stage of wanting to review where they are and where they want to go next.

"The sessions have helped me be more objective with my business, to remove some of the emotion involved and thus approach and THINK about the business in a more strategic and pragmatic way than I was able to previously."   Sophie - Kaso Studios http://www.kasostudios.co.uk/
