About me

My Key Life Coach was born out of the realisations that I discovered about myself through coaching as well as through the limitations of adjectives that start with the letter "K" in the English language to have a catchy business name. My Key Life Coach is my idea of being able to pay it forward and help others find the key to their best life. To discover their true feelings, values, beliefs, measures and goals and what is important to people regardless of what others may think.

My Key Life Coach is working with me to shed your limiting beliefs that have stopped you from achieving your goals, to gain the confidence in yourself to be comfortable with being uncomfortable in your work and personal life. Even though it may feel like you don't have control over some of the decisions in your life, you have control over how you want to view your life from your own perspective.

Based in London and Washington D.C., I am an accredited Transformational Life Coach and have worked with and coached scores of people from small business owners to CEOs, creatives, entrepreneurs, lawyers, bankers, other career professionals, and stay-at-home parents who want more for their lives.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
