Training, qualifications & experience
As an ICF accredited coach, I have undergone hours of training, coaching and mentoring and to remain as an accredited coach I have committed to ongoing CPD to develop myself as a person and as a coach.
My experience to date has been 3 years of business coaching and mentoring, I've helped clients move on with their lives and in their business by setting heart-led goals and actions.
Areas of coaching I deal with

Free initial in-person, telephone or online session
I offer a free consultation which I can guarantee you will not be a sales call.
I never require you to sign up or agree to anything on the initial call, coaching has to be something that you are 100% committed to and by allowing you the chance to go away and think about me as a coach and how I can potentially help you is a very important part of my onboarding process.
By far the cheapest way to work with me is through a block booking of 6 sessions for £400.
Single sessions are £75 per session
I only take on 3 clients per day and have these sessions spread out across the day and into the evening.
When you sign up for a package booking we keep the same hours each week/fortnight
I can work online with clients all over the world but for clients in the North East of England I offer in-person appointments too.
When we meet in person I can come to you or we can meet halfway in a coffee shop or park and can even have a session whilst walking, walking is great whilst coaching, it allows you to really focus on what's on your mind and is a very therapeutic session.
