To introduce myself and provide some background - so you know a bit about who you'd be working with - my name is Michelle and my biggest and most passionate goal for the last 25 years has been to help others create health and happiness in their life. In order to do a good job and be of service to you in the best way I can, I've trained, read a ton of books and absorbed everything related to personal development. I'm a fully qualified Personal Development Coach, also known by many as a Life Coach, and a NLP Practitioner. Although this has not always been my profession, it aligns fully with who I am and how I'd like to help others achieve true success in all aspects of their life.
l've also led teams in the corporate environment which involved coaching and mentoring and I've worked with private individuals to help them reach their personal goals. This can be a health & wellbeing goal or gaining more confidence in your career or personal life. I'm also focused on helping those dealing with their transition through cancer or any emotional illness.
I started my career in the world of numbers and computers after gaining a Software Engineering qualification. The corporate world is a huge lesson in team spirit, business politics, stress and work life balance. I eventually realised that I was more interested in helping people achieve their best than in what the computer was able to achieve.
My quest for more knowledge led me to The Coaching Academy, the leading UK coach training company. After gaining a qualification, I was able to effectively help people redesign their own lives through coaching. Seeing someone transform their life over a few sessions is hugely rewarding & I only wish everyone could experience the positive impact Coaching has on one’s life.

I'm a fully qualified NLP Practitioner and Personal Development Coach, also known by many as a Life Coach. I trained with The Coaching Academy, the leading UK coach training company.
The Coaching Academy has five external, professional and academic endorsements and accreditations. These currently are:

• CPD Standards Office
• Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP)
• Provider of Training Excellence
l have a vast amount of corporate experience having led teams which involved coaching and mentoring. I've also worked with private individuals, on an on-going basis, helping them achieve personal goals.

No-Cost Discovery Session – What is it?
I offer a No-Cost, 30-minute Discovery Session, where I’ll guide you through a discovery process to find out what’s important to you and what you’d like to work on in the future. Next, I’ll advise how coaching can help you gain clarity on where you are now to where you’d like to be.
Deciding that you’d like to be a certain weight, be healthier or feel more energised is a great start BUT it’s a start.
Do you find yourself constantly battling to do the things you really really want to do?
You’re stuck or unable to prioritise and schedule your life in order to do more, be more and have more?
The role of a coach is to help guide you through the steps needed to take you from where you are now to where you want to be.
I offer packages of 4 or 6 session. Individual sessions can also be booked.
Sessions are 60 minutes long, via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime or Phone depending on client requirements.
Fee per session is £85.
Package of 4 sessions offers a 10% discount: £76.50 per session
Package of 6 sessions offers a 12% discount: £74.80 per session
Monday - Sunday up to 9:30pm.
