So me in a nutshell - for as long as I can remember, I've been curious (probably more a 'passion') about what creates health & happiness in one's life.
I've read a ton of books, absorbed everything related to personal development & health and even qualified as a Personal Development Coach, also known by many as a Life Coach. I'm also a fully qualified NLP Practitioner.
Although this has not always been my profession, it aligns fully with who I am and how I'd like to help others achieve true success in all aspects of their life.
l've also led teams in the corporate environment which involved coaching and mentoring. The corporate world is a huge lesson in team spirit, business politics, stress and work life balance. I eventually realised that I was more interested in helping people achieve their personal best than what a spreadsheet or computer was able to achieve.
So here I am.... ready to help you change your life, or at least help you decide what it is you really, really want.

Training, qualifications & experience
I'm a fully qualified Personal Development Coach, also known by many as a Life Coach. I'm also a qualified NLP practitioner. Both qualifications are from The Coaching Academy, the leading UK coach training company.
The Coaching Academy has five external, professional and academic endorsements and accreditations. These currently are:
• International Coaching Federation (ICF)
• The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM)
• CPD Standards Office
• Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP)
• Provider of Training Excellence
l have a vast amount of corporate experience having led teams which involved coaching and mentoring. I've also worked with private individuals, on an on-going basis, helping them achieve personal goals.

Free initial telephone or online session
Discovery session – What is it?
Should you wish, I offer a no-cost, 20-minute Discovery session (usually via phone), where I’ll guide you through a discovery process to find out what’s important to you and what you’d like to work on going forward. Next, I’ll advise how coaching can help you.
The Coaching sessions?
Each coaching session is 1 hour.
These are carried out on Skype, Zoom, FaceTime or Phone (depending on client requirement).
You also decide whether you'd prefer video or voice.
I offer packages of 4 or 6 sessions. Session are usually weekly or every 2 weeks.
I also offer a 3 hour session which is a great opportunity to feel the power of coaching and walk away with a strong sense of what you want and a plan on how to get there.
