My unique, six week programme of coaching, called Shine For Wellbeing™, is therefore specifically designed to help you reduce stress and anxiety as quickly and as effectively as possible so that you can start to enjoy life again.

Shine For Wellbeing™ blends therapeutic coaching techniques and mindfulness to help you understand what may be causing or prolonging the stress and anxiety you’re experiencing and develop new strategies for a life of greater calm and emotional balance. And I’m here to support, guide and encourage you every step of the way.

My experience and approach
I am a stress and anxiety coach with a master's degree in mindfulness. For my thesis I researched the neuroscience of mindfulness, obsessive compulsive disorder and emotion regulation. I am also trained in health & wellbeing coaching, therapeutic coaching and performance coaching.
Stress and anxiety can be overwhelming. My approach to wellbeing is therefore based on the belief that helping clients to create space around their experience is essential for gaining mastery over stress and anxiety. This approach runs throughout my Shine For Wellbeing™ programme.
One of the things my clients often tell me is that I don't judge and this is incredibly freeing for them. It means that they can talk openly and feel listened to, allowing them to more easily explore, understand and take action to address the core of their issues.

I’m based in the beautiful countryside of Swanbourne in Buckinghamshire, about 15 minutes from Milton Keynes, Buckingham and Aylesbury and accessible also to those living in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire. It's a very welcoming environment and you'll even be offered a cup of tea!
