I’ve created a 5 step wellbeing plan that starts with your own MOT (yes just like a car) but this isn’t all about physical fitness – its mainly mental agility. You’ll pass the MOT – everyone does, but you’ll also have your own check list – things to work on and a plan to achieve your goals.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have provided professional coaching for over 20 years. My experience has been gained providing business coaching, boosting employee confidence and performance. But at the heart of every business are the individuals that make the organisation tick, and that is why I started to train and gain experience in life coaching. I understood that providing life coaching to those who needed help would lead to better professional performance and a boost in confidence. I am member of the Association of Coaching, membership 63869802, and a regular editorial contributor.
Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

First consultation free
Sessions priced from £85 per session
I recommend a 6 session course over a minimum of 6 weeks. Your first wellbeing session is designed to introduce coaching and get comfortable with a free flowing chat. The second session will start to delve into your approach to wellbeing and how you currently look after your own needs. The 3rd and 4th sessions allow us to create a personal wellbeing plan together. The 5th session focuses on a plan review and by the final session you will be taking control and adjusting your own plan and future.
Your wellbeing session plan is designed around your needs. I believe that everyone deserves more than an off the shelf package.
I do have some availability and will always try to create some time to discuss your needs. I am available from Monday to Friday and flexible around your working/personal life/day.
