About me

Are negative emotions being triggered by life's challenges? Do you find that small and trivial tasks are stopping you in your tracks.  Are these challenges starting to effect your personal, relationships and professional life? Would you like to slow things down and work out how to move forwards again? Sometimes those small tasks and jobs quickly become the big challenges that really slow us down or stop us in our tracks. We can't slow the world down, but we can work out a sensible and rationale approach that helps.

Life coaching is what it says on the label and if you want to gain some control of your life, this is a great place to start. We don't have an instruction manual that helps and guides us - we're not machines or computers. Making sense of the world around us helps cope and overcome our own life obstacles. And this is why my approach to coaching works.

Together we can work out a plan that gets you moving. In my past I have had my struggles, and I've learned lots of coping strategies and ways to help me comprehend what's happening in the world around me. I believe that we are what we consume - food, water, content. The better we can filter the what goes in, the better prepared we are for every day life.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have provided professional coaching for over 20 years.  My experience has been gained providing business coaching, boosting employee confidence and performance.  But at the heart of every business are the individuals that make the organisation tick, and that is why I started to train and gain experience in life coaching.  I understood that providing life coaching to those who needed help would lead to better professional performance and a boost in confidence.  I am member of the Association of Coaching, membership 63869802, and a regular editorial contributor.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
