Michael Beech, Life Coach, Wellbeing Coach (MAC)
Getting started with any task or challenge you don't feel confident with is the hardest part. Having your confidence knocked can take a long time to recover from whether its at home or work. Finding someone to listen to you, support and challenge your decisions can make a world of difference to getting things started again. I know from experience how support can help, I needed support, found it and now I can offer the same.
If you want to gain some control of your life, being coached is a great place to start. No one has a life instruction manual, but we do have experiences we can learn from. My experiences can become your opportunity to leap forwards, helping make sense of the world around you, helping you cope and overcome your own life obstacles. And this is why my approach to coaching works.
Together we can work out a plan that gets you moving. In my past I have had my struggles, and I've learned lots of coping strategies and ways to help me comprehend what's happening in the world around me. I believe that we are what we consume - food, water, content. The better we can filter the what goes in, the better prepared we are for every day life.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have provided professional coaching for over 20 years. My experience has been gained providing business coaching, boosting employee confidence and performance. But at the heart of every business are the individuals that make the organisation tick, and that is why I started to train and gain experience in life coaching. I understood that providing life coaching to those who needed help would lead to better professional performance and a boost in confidence. I am member of the Association of Coaching, membership 63869802, and a regular editorial contributor.
