About me

What would like to work on today?

I deliver coaching online, and you don’t need to worry about the technology, there is a solution that can work for you, regardless of where you are.

Are you interested in personal development, or perhaps you are looking for a career change or maybe you want to boost your confidence.  I work and support individuals and provide business coaching - at the heart of every business is a team of great people and a little life coaching goes a long way to helping people move from OK to amazing.

The truth is that we live and work in a rapidly changing environment and if you take too long thinking about a small challenge, it can grow and becomes an obstacle that slows or stops you. The quicker you can come to terms, the faster you can move on. Fit For Tomorrow provides life coaching and personal development coaching with private and corporate clients.  I'm straight talking, I like to help clients understand the problems and help them find the quick solutions.  The less baggage you hold, the quicker you can move.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have provided professional coaching for over 20 years.  My experience has been gained providing business coaching, boosting employee confidence and performance.  But at the heart of every business are the individuals that make the organisation tick, and that is why I started to train and gain experience in life coaching.  I understood that providing life coaching to those who needed help would lead to better professional performance and a boost in confidence.  I am member of the Association of Coaching, membership 63869802, and a regular editorial contributor.

First consultation free

Single sessions from £60

6 sessions from £300 (£50 per session)

Your first session is a free consultation a chat so that we can see if we are the right fit for each other.  During the conversation I would like to understand just one challenge and goal that you would like to achieve.

During the second session, we will start to work on your plan and this will include additional challenges and goals you may have.

Further sessions are where we start to reflect and evolve.  Expect to be challenged, and enjoy the journey.

Subsequent sessions take place over a 3 to 6 month period and work around your day.  I'm available from 7 am and happy to work into the late hours - if that suits your schedule.

I like to limit private sessions to 60 minutes - with some flex, this allows me to prepare and summarise before and after the session.  The fees depend on the duration/ total period a reflection your personal needs.  I do have a charging structure for private and corporate clients, and I always aim to keep it sensible and affordable.

Give me a call and lets arrange a time to talk
