I am an accredited Senior Practitioner Coach (EMCC) and NLP Practitioner and use these approaches to coach you to help you to:

I coach, simply put, because I am passionate about it and what it can do, having experienced it personally and seen amazing changes with hundreds of clients over the last 10+ years. I offer face-to-face coaching within the Walsall / Staffordshire areas, and telephone and Zoom coaching internationally. We can contract for short term sessions (typically 4-6), but I can also offer one off sessions for specific issues e.g. job interview preparation, personality profiling or for a Hypnotherapy session.

Training, qualifications & experience
My journey as a Coach started with career coaching and personal development, utilising my 20 years of experience as an NHS Manager. Branching out from coaching public sector professionals led to me working with men and women across all sectors. Age, background, qualifications and experience are irrelevant in my sessions.
I do not need to know where you have come from, I just need to know where you want to get to.
I have been in your shoes, trying to climb the career ladder, trying to navigate parenting, losing self in the midst of the chaos and feeling unfulfilled. I know how it feels, and that enables me to truly work with you to get the best out of you.
I am an Associate Member with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and am fully insured.
