Testimonials:
"Managing neurodiversity in the workplace as a person diagnosed with ADHD was the challenge that brought me to coaching.
Through our sessions, I was able to identify and develop strategies to help me manage my condition in the working environment.
I am now more prepared to be able to identify coping strategies to prevent burnout and work towards a more healthy working life.
I would recommend your services to people who are struggling to identify coping mechanisms. As a late diagnosed person, a lot of the mechanisms I had put in place weren’t necessarily healthy or effective in the workplace when compared to other environments."
"I naturally love coaching. Merrigan tunes in carefully, has amazing attentive listening skills but also will then ask questions that make you think and self-reflect. I've found Merrigan's coaching style to be not just reflective but she provides the right amount of challenge to help you personally overcome obstacles."
