Meriel Swain: Sweet Success Coaching
Hello, I'm Meriel. I'm a Resilience Coach, and my company is called Sweet Success Coaching. I am particularly interested in helping people and businesses move through change and helping you identify what success looks like for you. I work with small, medium and large businesses at all levels, and also with small business owners and individuals who are at some sort of crossroads in their life. Right now, I'm hearing from people who are working differently during the Coronavirus outbreak, or are furloughed, and have realised that they don't want their lives to be the same as they were at the beginning of 2020. So I'd love to hear from you if you want life to be different and aren't quite sure how, or if you've been part of the frontline reponse to this outbreak and are struggling to manage your emotions and anxiety levels.
Choosing the right coach for you is really important. A good coach will put you at your ease and create a trusting and safe relationship with you. In my experience, there's no substitute for a gut reaction so please take up my offer of a free and informal chat before we decide whether to continue working together.
I've had a variety of roles during the last 30 years, nearly all of them in some kind of leadership capacity, which gave me a great opportunity to develop my coaching skills. I set up on my own in 2012 and work either on client sites or from my base as Principal Associate at Motus Training near Stratford upon Avon.
Maybe you are a small business owner stuck in a rut? You want to grow your business but can't seem to find the time. And you spend more and more time working in your business rather than on it, and unable to spend the time you would like with family and friends. If this resonates with you, I can help.
And if you are a busy Executive who wants a trusted confidante for a regular download, listening is at the top of a Coach's list of skills. Coaching will help you discover the authentic you, and your authentic leader. We'll look at beliefs and values, identity. We'll also look at perspectives, the power of language and inspiration.
I also work as part of a team delivering bespoke Corporate Wellbeing programmes. These intertwine physical and mental wellbeing and participants sign up for a five month programme of intensive on-site coaching.
Coaching is all about you. Listening and observing, asking insightful questions which will give you those lightbulb moments. Coaching removes the obstacles or blockers, the things which hold us back, so we can be propelled forward at greater speed, straight towards our life of choice.
I work on my own and have access to other highly-skilled colleagues, whose specialisms include TimeLine Therapy, Nutrition, Fitness and Sports Coaching.
Now you've read this far, maybe you'll take the next step and give me a shout?

Areas of coaching I deal with
Other areas of coaching I deal with
I always meet new clients for a free and informal chat first. We'll find somewhere mutually convenient which offers some privacy and decent tea and coffee and allows us to explore what you want to achieve from the coaching.
I don't charge by the hour as I believe you are paying me to deliver results. If you are a business, then working on your site with you and your team on a day rate plus expenses is the norm. If you are an individual or small business owner, then I use sessions instead, and allow up to two hours a session. Sometimes we'll use all the time and sometimes we won't because you've had a breakthrough and it's a good point to close the session.
Please call me if you'd like to find out more.
You can also find me working as an Associate Coach at Motus Training near Stratford upon Avon (www.motustraining.co.uk). I can see clients at either location, whichever is the most convenient.
