Coaching is all about being and feeling the best you can and achieving in life what you're really hoping for - and it's for anyone! Anyone who wants to make changes or make progress and would like a thinking, exploration and planning partner alongside.

I have been coaching for over 20 years and my experience and collaborations include Fresh Air Fridays (outdoor group coaching), Macmillan Professionals, Newport City Council, Shaw Trust, Expanding Horizons Housing, Jobcentre Plus Wales Psychology Service, Rethink Mental Illness, NHS Mental Health Services and NHS Primary Care.
After a career that started with hairdressing, photographic printing, picture framing, retail management and then employment support services, I went to university aged 30 to study Psychology. My coaching and Psychology qualifications and training now include:

I offer half price sessions in Newport if you are currently receiving a low wage or income.
Payment & cancellation terms
Payment in advance is required for all sessions and this payment will confirm and secure your appointment. Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer and a minimum of 2 working days notice is required for the rearrangement of a coaching session at no extra cost. A short notice rearrangement or cancellation at no cost will be considered for unforeseen and exceptional circumstances.
