About me

This month, my strapline you could guess - it's all about staying at home, supporting the NHS and saving lives. Let's focus on what we CAN do, on what we CAN control and how we can BEST contribute xx

Hi! I am Melanie Faulks. Helping you thrive with life, work and wellbeing - especially if experiencing or juggling any of the following alongside:

  • Boredom
  • Too much work
  • Frustration
  • Stress
  • Unhelpful anxiety or low mood
  • A physical health condition
  • Neurodiversity (i.e. Dyslexia)

What's your preferred future and when are you planning on reaching for it? Imagine!

What is coaching?

Coaching is all about being and feeling the best you can and achieving in life what you're really hoping for - and it's for anyone! Anyone who wants to make changes or make progress.

It is also for people who may have started already but have become stuck or stalled. And if you don't know where to start, I can help with that too. Welcome to Agdela Coaching!

I'm based in Newport, South Wales and offer outdoor coaching plus coffee lounge coaching in pre-selected and comfortable venues. I look forward to walking with you - perhaps in both senses of the word.

Ready to meet?

I believe that coaching begins best with a NO OBLIGATION face-to-face taster session/chemistry meeting and so this is the first step in my 1-1 services. We say "Hi!", I introduce myself and you tell me a bit more about your current situation - all in confidence of course.

The quality of the relationship between you and your coach is important to the success of the coaching.

If, after chatting, we think we can work well together and meet each other's expectations, we'll start looking at meeting again. Marvellous! Your new thinking and planning partner awaits!

Outdoor group sessions - Fresh Air Fridays in Newport

Welcome to Fresh Air Fridays! An invitation to relax and recharge alongside exploring how to create the life, work and wellbeing you want. To discover your best self whilst outdoors in nature with like-minded others. Each session contains a different wellbeing related conversation theme and regular segments such as a guided breathing exercise, being present and a guided relaxation.

Come along to my 3 hour session in Newport on the first Friday of every month at the RSPB Wetlands Nature Reserve. Or my alternative venue if the coastal path is due to be a bit TOO fresh. We go out in all weathers!

Booking is required to participate and all you need to bring along is yourself (friends welcome too) and a flask of hot water for the tea break. Some people choose to bring along a bottle of water also.

Your first time is FREE!

"I thoroughly enjoyed my first Fresh Air Fridays, I stayed chilled for days." Dany

If you enjoy being outdoors in nature and you're up for some relaxation, connection, fun and inspiring conversation on life, work and wellbeing - then you've come to the right place. This is the time and space to do just that and where you can show up just as you are.

Also available is a 12-week format for organisations.
