About me

In your life, at times of change and uncertainty, in what ways do you find out and plan for whatever you can, action what you need to, identify the positives and opportunities that could arise, connect with others and leave space for trusting too?

Hi! I am Melanie Faulks. I believe life is a journey and that everyone has the capacity, and the right, to live a happy, healthy and rewarding life - and there isn't just one definition of that. What does happy, healthy and rewarding mean to you?

Coaching is all about being and feeling the best you can and achieving in life what you're really hoping for - and it's for anyone! Anyone who wants to make changes or make progress and would like a thinking, exploration and planning partner alongside.

It is also for people who may have started already and become stuck or stalled. And if you don't know where to start, I can help with that too!

Does 'now' feel like the right time? I look forward to speaking with you and I also have a FREE Life Audit on my Life & Wellness Coaching page: https://www.agdela.co.uk/life-coaching

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Wheelchair user access

I can offer a wheelchair accessible route for outdoor coaching at the RSPB Wetlands Nature Reserve in Newport. The venue offers free mobility scooter hire also.
