About me
Hello, I'm Rosie, I am an ICF certified somatic and trauma-informed coach, focused on empowering women to heal and thrive after trauma, with a specialism in narcissistic trauma.
I set up Soul Led Life Coaching with Rosie and my Narcissistic Trauma Recovery programme after embarking on my own healing journey and becoming aware of the tools that really help women to move from surviving to thriving after narcissistic trauma, without spending years (and thousands of pounds!) in therapy and challenging relationships.
Firstly, I hear you and I believe you! I have been where you are. I went through incredibly dark times, unsure of myself, merely trying to survive, often trapped in a functional freeze and fawn trauma response.
What helped me shift? During my recovery, I realised that to truly heal, it wasn't enough to just focus on the mind. Talking therapy alone was insufficient. I needed to heal my body and spirit as well. The years of ignoring my soul taught me that trauma wrecks our spirit and disconnects us from our true selves. Reconnecting with our soul is key to living a beautiful and purposeful life. I turned to nervous system regulation techniques, breath work, internal family systems, meditation, and the law of attraction, among other practices.
My journey motivated me to help women achieve post-traumatic growth fast, and has equipped me with the understanding and tools to guide you through your own recovery, helping you reconnect with your true self and find the joy and purpose you deserve.

Narcissistic Trauma Recovery Programme - 12 steps to Healing your Mind, Body, and Spirit
This programme is tailored to women who have experienced narcissistic trauma. I work with you to reclaim your power, set boundaries, and embark on a journey of trauma recovery and reconnecting to your soul.
My journey taught me that it takes time to heal and the courage to look within. That is why I developed this 12 step plan, bringing together mind, body, and spirit practices to move you to post-traumatic growth without spending years in therapy.
What are the 12 steps?
- Step 1: Learning about narcissism and gaining validation – I’ve been where you are and I can tell you now, you are not crazy, and you are not alone!
- Step 2: Putting in place emotional self-care – nervous system regulation and affirmations and gratitude, incorporating daily awe, learning emotional release techniques
- Step 3: Boundaries – create a healing space and protect yourself now
- Step 4: Creating your vision, building trust in the universe through manifestation/prayer
- Step 5: Uncovering your trauma story and core limiting belief
- Step 6: Learning about your trauma responses, mapping your nervous system for sustained regulation
- Step 7: Understanding your attachment style and the impact of intergenerational trauma to move forward
- Step 8: Getting to know the parts of you vs. your true self – a mix of transactional analysis and internal family systems informed approach to map your inner family system.
- Step 9: Somatic trigger work practice - working with your body and inner child parts to heal triggers
- Step 10: Forthcoming – healing trauma through Brainspotting
- Step 11: Healthy relating through revisiting boundaries and asserting your needs
- Step 12: Moving forward with healthy communication
What makes this programme worth it? - This is not a pre-recorded programme, it is a LIVE ONE-TO-ONE - tailored to YOU in real-time.
- We go at YOUR PACE, if you need longer on a specific step, which is completely normal, I adjust our sessions for you.
- This is also why I offer you the option to book in blocks of 6, so you can have the chance to reflect on your pace and review at the mid-point. I also offer a free intro call so you can get a sense of working together.
- It is a COLLABORATION, your healing is your own, this means that if a specific step opens an avenue that you want to deep dive on we can do this.
- It brings in SOUL and SPIRIT connection, both in the content and also the structure of the sessions, e.g. at the start and end of each session I offer a spirit focused meditation or grounding breathing exercise.
- Sessions have accompanying free resources e.g. workbooks for you to keep.
- I respect the bravery it takes to do this work, it brings up a lot, so I offer text and email communication in-between sessions - I am here for you!
Flexible Somatic and Trauma Informed Coaching
For those who would like one off or more flexible sessions, for instance if you are feeling blocked around specific issues, I also offer somatic trauma informed coaching on a more flexible basis.

Additional information
For a limited time I am offering the full 12 step Narcissistic Trauma Recovery Programme for £550, this means 12, 1 hour, 1-2-1 sessions with me, with added flexibility to include additional sessions where needed, email and text communication, free worksheets and resources.
I am also for a limited time offering the opportunity to sign up to half the programme - 6 sessions - for only £300. Those on this plan can review and consider if they are ready for the next 6 sessions in their final session, and will still get text and email communication and free resources.
One off or flexible Somatic and Trauma Informed Coaching is offered on a sliding scale, for students and unemployed the price is £40, for employed it is £60.
