About me

As someone who undertook a major career change (from the commercial sector to the public sector), I understand how it feels to live a life that feels unaligned with your true values and what it takes to realign yourself with what you truly want to be doing.

I understand the anxiety that a person feels when they can't define what it is they want to be doing and the lack of direction this brings. I went through the process of navigating myself out of this and take great satisfaction in helping others to do the same.

My process starts by firstly helping to clear the fog in the client’s mind and secondly by setting goals that they truly want. We will then work together to support you in taking the necessary steps to achieve these goals, whatever these may be (career oriented or more general).

I have experience in both the corporate world and the public sector, and have had the privilege of dealing with a vast range of people. I'd be honoured to make you one of them.

Initially, I offer a free one hour consultation session over phone/zoom to see if we connect. I only work with a set amount of people at one time and therefore feel we should ensure we are right for each other before starting a partnership. If the chemistry is right, I then offer coaching via zoom on an hourly basis based around our schedules. Although, I charge on an hourly basis, I am available between sessions on WhatsApp for you to run ideas and thoughts past as much as you like. I will become invested in your progress and this service is included in the price of our sessions.

I look forward to hearing from you.
