Further information

Why did I become a coach?

Three years ago I decided to leave the corporate world in search of greater meaning and purpose in the work I wanted to do. For a few months I was a volunteer for The Woodland Trust, helping plant trees on a large project near my home.

I realised my passion was to work with and help others. This led me to become a carer for people struggling with different stages of dementia, followed by a role as a carer specialising in end-of-life and palliative care.

Working with those at the end of their lives gave me such a change in perspective.

I realised the importance of making the most of our opportunities and not being held back by fear of the unknown.

This led me to coaching, where I re-trained and qualified. I discovered that as a coach, I could work with others to help them reach their full potential and reinvigorate themselves and their lives.
