About me

I'm Matt, I'm a certified coach with over fifteen years of experience in working with individuals, couples, families, charities, schools and corporations.

I specialise in helping people to find their joy, find their voice and find their fit in a world that can often be difficult to navigate, so that they can create a fulfilling life for themselves. I welcome people from all walks of life, and have worked extensively, but not exclusively, with neurodivergent young people and their families, neurodivergent adults, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those from the creative industries.

Building on my experience as a stage and screen actor, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice and also offer tailored performance, presentation and public speaking coaching.

Coaching is all about helping you achieve your goal (s) through meaningful conversation and positive action. We’ll lean into whatever you feel is holding you back, and illuminate the possibilities to transform your life. It’s truly empowering!

It’s about positively connecting to yourself and to those around you, as well as your environment, and creating the life you have always dreamed of.

My practice is guided by bespoke, sensitive conversations with clients aimed at identifying and nurturing areas of personal and professional growth.

I work with young people, adults, parents, couples, families, groups and teams.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Kingstown College, Dublin.

I have worked with young people and adults with Autism and ADHD in the charity sector and in state schools across London, helping them and their families through diagnoses and beyond.

My focus is on inclusivity, and I have worked with government bodies and corporations to implement effective strategies on diversity, equity and inclusion.

I trained at Mountview Academy of Arts, gaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Acting. Before that, I completed a law degree and worked as a writer in my early twenties.
