I blend the experience of a seasoned recruiter with the insight of a career transition coach, empowering LGBTQ+ professionals to successfully navigate their transitions. I help them gain clarity on areas such as their personality type, their strengths, their values, their motivational drivers. I work with my clients to help them acknowledge who they are and what they truly want, so that we can shine a bright light on their career visions before building a roadmap towards a career that reflects what matters to them.
Being gay myself and knowing the challenges our LGBTQ+ community still faces in the workplace, my coaching mission is about helping my clients gain success and fulfilment in their careers while honouring their integrity.
My coaching is predominantly focused on career change and transition, which is why I apply a career transformational formula throughout my programme to help my clients have a better understanding of what makes them truly unique. We embark on a self-discovery journey through a comprehensive and proven process where I help them choose what direction to take in their next move. Throughout this journey my clients develop their self-awareness, and the best way for them to approach the job market, and make the change they want.
I have worked in recruitment for 14 years before transitioning into coaching. I believe in the infinite power of every human to grow, reinvent themselves and face the future, especially if they are equipped with the right tools to reveal more of themselves.
I am passionate about personal development, self-awareness, mindset, motivation, and what drives our choices and behaviours.

The Animas Diploma in Transformational Coaching is accredited by both the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and the ACC (Association for Coaching).

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

My Career Transition Consciousness Map is a 3-month programme (one weekly 60-minute online session + assessment tools and exercises). The overall cost of the programme is £1,200. The fee will be charged prior to embarking on this journey. You have the option to make an upfront payment of £600 and pay the remaining fee at the end of the programme. The coaching sessions take place online via Zoom, Google or Skype (whatever works best for you). You will get email/text message support in-between sessions. We can always jump on a call, if you need.
The Career Transition Consciousness Map is a comprehensive and proven process where you will gain access to answers to a number of key questions such as:
- What do you want to do?
- What are you best suited to?
- What defines success for you?
- Which job or career will make you happiest?
- What can you do - here and now - to start growing your career success and satisfaction?
- How can you reveal more of yourself and live up to your values, so that you have long-term success and fulfilment?
Through this journey I will take into account you as a whole person, by paying attention to all aspects of your experience. I will value what’s happening in your inner world as much as in your outer world. My approach will help you gain confidence, benefit from the insight and feel encouraged and inspired. I will offer you a private safe space where you will feel comfortable to open up and speak about your challenges without fear of being criticised or judged.
I will challenge your views and your behaviours to make room for a belief system that will help you get where you want to be. You will come out of each session being more self-aware of your blind spots and understand what gets in the way of your career aspirations.
My methodology where I combine coaching-based conversations with assessment tools will give you the opportunity to gain clarity and ownership of your unique strengths, your personality, your values, in order take actionable steps to move forward towards your goals.
I will also be your mentor, advising you on the best strategies to present yourself on the job market in a successful way. We will look at how to formally create a compelling and convincing career narrative, whatever your background. We will upgrade your CV and LinkedIn profile and will work on your job search strategy.
