Becoming curious is the start of getting a handle on mindfulness. I have the skills and tools to assist you to achieve your realistic potential, both in your public and private lives.

I provide Coaching to individuals, couples and teenagers in their personal and work lives.

My client profile includes Companies such as Shell, Sultan Qaboos University - Oman, Phillips, Agip, BP, Aberdeen University, NHS and other Public Sector organisations and SMEs. My 30 years experience extends across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. In all of these countries, I have set up and run successful businesses. I have sat on both Private and Public Boards.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a member of the Association of Coaching, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and a certified NLP Coach. My training includes Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. I am a NLP Master Practitioner. My goal is to assist clients in attaining a better quality of life in all areas of their lives, gaining a balance that is realistically achievable for each individual or group.

Wheelchair user access
