About me
My journey as a coach has been driven by a commitment to support a positive change and growth in individuals. Through support, active collaboration, and a deep belief in the inherent potential of every individual, I aspire to contribute to a world where each person is empowered to live a life of purpose and fulfillment.
Throughout my life, I have witnessed the immense impact that effective coaching can have on individuals, guiding them to navigate challenges, overcome obstacles, and ultimately unlock their full potential. I am dedicated to creating a space for self-discovery and fostering growth in those I have the privilege to coach.
I have completed Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship. I am excited about the transformative potential that coaching holds for us. I am dedicated to fostering a coaching culture that empowers individuals, enhances collaboration, and propels our goals to new heights.
At the core of my coaching practice are several theoretical underpinning principles that shape my approach. While drawing inspiration from various coaching models, I have synthesised my own model that integrates elements of positive psychology, cognitive-behavioural principles, and person-centred approaches.
To ensure coaching is accessible to all, I champion inclusivity and diversity in coaching initiatives. By recognizing and respecting diverse perspectives and experiences, we can create coaching programs that cater to the unique needs of our diverse workforce, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.
At SafeNet Domestic Abuse Services, with over three years spearheading initiatives, my focus has been on enhancing the quality of service for families affected by domestic abuse, ensuring safety, inclusivity and comprehensive support.
Serving as a Board Member at The Potteries Management Company, I bring governance acumen and a commitment to driving organizational success. My role involves setting objectives, overseeing progress, and ensuring decisions benefit our members.
