I have over 20 years of coaching in sales, sports and mental health. I'm a coach who doesn't just talk about it but has done it myself. As a person-centred coach I will unlock what works for you. I have coached people of all ages from training national champions to parents who are struggling in life.
I've not had an easy ride and was diagnosed with ADHD at 40 years of age I've overcome so many hurdles to be successful today. It was after reading a motivational book in 1996 I decided I wanted to change my life and other lives for the better. I've worked as a volunteer for over 14 years.
Once a British Champion and Welsh Champion in Kickboxing I'm now known around the world work in Mental Health for parents.
I am a TEDx/Keynote Speaker, Published Author and International Campaigner. I founded International Fathers Mental Health Day and the #HowAreYouDad Campaign to help ensure that all parents and families are supported throughout the perinatal period.
I've spoken on television and radio stations around the world. Working alongside Doctor Jane Hanley, and published articles on Fathers (Paternal) Mental Health.
In 2012, I was was awarded “Inspirational Father of the year” and “Local Hero” at the Pride of Britain Awards. On World Mental Health Day in 2016 I was invited to meet The Royal Family and in 2019 and awarded the Point Of Light Award by the Prime Minister.
I'm also an Ambassador for Mother’s for Mother’s Charity.
