I have been coaching and helping people change their lives in many areas for many years now.
I help people change in different areas from confidence, habits, goal setting, anxiety and areas of health.

I use many different change work approaches as I have been trained in varied approaches as no one size fits all in my opinion.

Coaching really is powerful because it can help us get out of our own way in life.
Sometimes life has too much going on and becomes overwhelming where we can get stuck and lack a clear vision of what we actually want or even a way ahead.
How coaching works:
Wherever you want to go we can go as there are no “off Limits” areas as coaching is confidential and private.
I am very straightforward, respectful and honest with you and that's how I find coaching works best when we are both like that.

Firstly you decide what you actually want and we focus your attention on that together.
Then we come up with an action plan on getting you to where you want to be and away from where you are right now as quickly as possible.
