You are an amazing (yes) woman going through midlife and struggling with the changes and challenges. You feel stressed, overwhelmed, and sometimes you can barely cope, or do not know what to do next or what your options are. But you know you want to take ownership of your choices, you want that happier, healthier, and more fulfilled 'YOU' and a life that gives you and the people around you a new quality.
Midlife can be an incredibly difficult and challenging time for women going through the menopause. You may be struggling with health and fitness problems, feeling burnt out or lost your sense of purpose. Perhaps you're caring for other family members, having relationship problems or experiencing the 'empty nest' feeling. Professionally, you may be thinking about a career change, maybe you're facing redundancy or upcoming retirement. It can feel like an uphill battle at times. But you are willing and determined to make changes, and it is time to prioritise yourself.
Fact is that when you're going through midlife (and life), there are just some things you can't control and changes that are difficult to make on your own. Often, we are too close to the issue to see and act with clarity and confidence. Sometimes what is obvious to others is a 'maze' to us, and we need a little more support to step into the next chapter in our lives with self-assurance.
You can partner with a coach who is there for you, and who has had the ‘midlife experience’ too and understands your challenges. I will be your guide, and together we navigate the changes and challenges that appear along your journey. Working together you can expect to:

What you're going through is extremely challenging, and I want you to know you're not alone. I have travelled on that road through midlife myself. I went through dark times when depression took over my life, felt emotionally overwhelmed and lost touch with what was important in life. I prioritised my work over everything else. There were times when I was close to surrendering to midlife and asking myself questions like: "Is that it?", "What am I doing, what is my purpose?" and most importantly "Who am I?". I realised that I had lost touch with myself. Then I went through redundancy, to top it all. I learned to see stumbling blocks as new challenges and as wake-up calls. I have found what makes me really happy. This led me to rediscover my real purpose, and to where I am now – I have truly found my calling.
I started coaching because throughout my career, working with people and helping them grow has always been my passion. I enjoy combining my experience as a coach and counsellor, which enables me to relate better to my clients' inner world through a deeper understanding of psychology. That means I can provide a more holistic approach for my clients.
I love working with mid-life women and help them get excited about what is possible in midlife and beyond. My passion is empowering women to become healthier, happier and feel more fulfilled and confident in their lives. You amazing women, it is time to prioritise self-care. It's not selfish. In fact, it will help people around you grow as well.
I have made it my mission to help women identify and achieve their goals and lead a more meaningful and content life. I want my clients to become the best version of THEMSELVES. I believe that the essence of achieving the life we want is about finding out who we are and letting go of everything that doesn't serve us anymore. That allows us to connect to what we want, and we start trusting ourselves in the process. Coaching is the road to closing that gap between the present and the future.

What is different about my way of coaching?
I sometimes call myself a coaching counsellor or counselling coach as I can draw from both approaches, which is helpful when, whilst working with clients, we discover some issues that would be normally dealt with in counselling.
I have also a very creative and mindful approach to coaching – I would call it 'holistic coaching'.
See me as your personal development trainer that helps you gain more clarity, focus and purpose. Working with a coach is an investment in yourself and a commitment to change.

Life Coaching is a solution-focused and transformative process. The duration of your coaching journey depends on the nature of your goals and your commitment.
Currently all sessions take place via Zoom call.
Your investment in yourself is:
Single 60-minute session: £ 55.00
I offer a variety of packages. 3 or 6 months with a flexible approach to frequency of sessions are the most common and successful. All packages include support for the duration of the programme.
Packages (duration of our work, frequency and length of sessions) can be tailored to your needs and discussed during your complementary call.
