I am a life coach and wellbeing trainer based in the East of Fife in Scotland. I love helping people to flourish and grow, by providing the techniques and tools for a calmer, happier, healthier life.
I run an online self-directed course called "Positive Paths to Wellbeing" that supports you on a journey of self-discovery and empowers you with the life skills you need for permanent change. This course, combined with 1-2-1 coaching sessions, ensures you start making changes straight away, whilst in a supportive, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I love helping people feel less stressed, stronger, healthier and more in control of life. I also offer 1-2-1 coaching without the online course. My coaching generally comprises 6 sessions with the aim of you being able to self-coach by the end of the sessions.
Training, qualifications & experience
I originally worked as a secondary school teacher followed by over 16 years in the NHS in staff development and training. In 2017 I trained as a coach, adding a qualification in team coaching in 2018. I run workshops on wellbeing both in-person and online, and team programmes that help teams to flourish. I also have certificates in mediation, nutrition and exercise for older adults and I have trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Since 2018 I have run my own wellbeing consultancy, specialising in evidence-based information for health and wellbeing. I help people through 1-2-1 coaching and training.

Free initial online session
I charge £65 per hour for coaching over Zoom/Teams. But I do believe that coaching should be for everyone so I do have some reduced cost places for people whose circumstances mean they cannot afford this cost.
The online course Positive Paths to Wellbeing is £129. A combined package of 6.5 hours of coaching plus the online course is £489, which gives a discount on the course price.
Flexible working hours
I offer a 20-30 minute free, no-obligation video call so that you can find out if I am the right coach for you. I want all my clients to be confident they can get the best experience, so I offer refunds and am flexible with changes to appointments.
