I am a certified Transformational Coach, Yoga Instructor and Meditation Teacher. I work with people all over the world, helping them overcome challenges, navigate change, and create lives that light them up.
Like you, I have faced big challenges in my life. I know what it's like to feel lost, stressed, and hopeless. But I also know what it takes to get out of that place, and I want to help you do the same!

Training, qualifications & experience
I hold an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching with Animas Centre for Coaching, the world's leading school of Transformational Coaching, accredited by the globally recognised International Coach Federation (ICF).
I am a fully qualified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, having completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance recognised certification.
Areas of coaching I deal with
All of my client sessions are held via Zoom or telephone. I am currently based in the United Kingdom and work will clients all over the world.
For you to fully understand the coaching process and for both of us to be able to make an informed decision about whether or not we are a good fit, I offer a free consultation. You will experience coaching during this session, whilst we explore your situation and your needs. This will give you a feel for what coaching will look and feel like, should you choose to proceed.
My standard coaching programme normally lasts for around three months and includes seven coaching sessions, a catalogue of tools and resources you can use again and again in future, unlimited support via email, and one follow-up session to be used within three months of finishing the programme.
This can of course be tailored to meet your specific needs. Some clients find that one or two coaching sessions are enough to provide the clarity and motivation they need to move forward, and I am happy to work on this basis as well.
Coaching consists of deep and powerful conversations in which your development and goals are the primary focus. Your objectives might include reaching a goal, overcoming a challenge, solving a problem, facilitating understanding, or creating change.
A good coach blends the skills of questioning, listening, observation, and feedback, to create a conversation rich in insight.
