About me

I set up Seaglass Consulting and have been coaching individuals and business executives since 2013,  following a corporate career spanning more than 25 years in senior HR roles and working for multi-national organisations across a range of sectors from FMCG to aerospace and from engineering to education.

I have a reputation among my clients for being outcome driven and results focused, honest and insightful, able to bring order from confusion and remaining calm under pressure. I aim to bring these qualities to my coaching practice, using thoughtful and incisive questions to help shine a light on the challenges you are facing and then supporting you to find fresh perspectives and techniques to achieve change and deliver very pragmatic and practical results.

The subject matter can vary widely, but some areas my clients have chosen to seek coaching on include: career change; how to have impact in the first 100 days of a new job; work-life balance; leadership style; delegation; leading change; and communication.

Inspired by my own experiences, I am particularly interested in the transitions we all face at various points in our lives and careers, and how the qualities and skills we develop in each phase are transferable to the next.

I work with clients across the UK and overseas.

To find out more about my coaching and for a free, no-obligation conversation to see if coaching with me would be helpful for you, please do get in touch.

I hope to hear from you soon!

Additional information

All my coaching is tailored specifically to your particular needs.  However, as a guide, sessions usually last 90 minutes on-line, a little longer face-to-face.  We can meet for a one-off session, or clients often book a programme of 4-6 meetings in advance to fully benefit from the coaching experience.

I offer a flexible fee schedule depending on your needs and situation.

Please do contact me to arrange a free initial conversation (which typically lasts 30-40 minutes and is done by phone or online) where we can get to know one another a little and you can decide if you think coaching with me would be helpful for you.  These conversations also give us an opportunity to discuss fees and are completely without obligation on your part.

I meet with clients on a flexible basis at a time to suit them.  Evening and weekend appointments are available.
