I choose to use CBT foundations within coaching, along with some NLP (language pattern techniques) and my in-depth understanding of ADHD, plus my fierce commitment to helping men and women who have ADHD symptoms to feel more in control and less like an outsider, it's so important to me that my clients don't feel alone, because you're not.
