About me

My name is Mari Syrad and I provide therapeutic coaching to people who are finding life a struggle and are seeking emotional support, clarity, and guidance. I work with people who want to feel better, who want to make something of their lives but don’t necessarily know how; people who may be lost, unsure which direction to take, or how to navigate through life.

Being a human is really hard sometimes. Life can be confusing, lonely, and frightening and we can get so used to this state of being, that we don’t even realise how much better things can be. I know because I’ve been there myself.

Therapeutic Coaching helps you get to know yourself deep down, your dreams and desires, your past, what drives you, what holds you back. I take an investigative, inquisitive approach, giving you the opportunity to focus on you, overcome limiting beliefs, and find strategies to not only manage your life as it is today, but establish a better, brighter, and more hopeful future.

My purpose, quite simply, is to help you. To help you manage pain, examine your past, grow with courage, and piece together a better life. It’s such a cliche, but life really is short. There’s no time to wait around hoping things will improve, you have to fight for what you want and start today!

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Postgraduate Certificate in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from University of Brighton and am a Member of the Association for Coaching, currently completing my Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching with The Coaching Academy. I have additional training in Bereavement Counselling, Drug & Alcohol Counselling, and Intuitive Eating.
