About me

My aim is to help people create the life they really want. My mission statement is to help people reach their true potential and have more rewarding, fulfilled, balanced, happier lives.

This is achieved through empowering people using Coaching, NLP and Counselling Skills and techniques to help them overcome barriers to success.  Together we will identify goals and I will encourage people to find the unique life and career options which are right for them.

My role is to guide them on their personal journey to where they are now to where they want to be. The areas I specialise in are:

  • Work/life Balance, Well-being and Stress Reduction
  • Body Confidence leading to gradual, safe and long lasting Weight Loss
  • Facing the Future with Confidence in your forties, fifties and beyond.

Being both an experienced Counsellor and Life Coach provides a more holistic approach which helps overcome obstacles that have held people back in the past and helps them unlock the secrets to a successful, well balanced life.

The workshops I have recently developed which are unique to this area are:

  • Bringing The Balance Back into your Life
  • More than Just A Dress Size  (escaping the yo-yo dieting trap and learning the secrets of lasting weight loss and body confidence)
