How will wellbeing coaching help me?

Would you like to take back control of your life and wellbeing and feel better in your body and your mind? Would you like to live your life more mindfully and discover more joy? Wellbeing and mindfulness coaching with me can help you achieve all of this, and as a passionate advocate of wellbeing and taking care of yourself, I love to watch people grow, thrive and discover real contentment in their lives.

Coaching also gives you the time and a safe space to think, reflect and learn about yourself in order to become healthier, happier and more balanced.

How does wellbeing coaching work?

As a qualified life and wellbeing coach, I help clients to take stock where they are with their wellbeing, and to work out what that even means to them. Together, we will figure out where they might be out of balance and I then work with them to make positive changes in their lives through sustainable habits. I can help clients work in a specific area of wellbeing such as mental or physical health, nutrition, sleep or mindfulness, or we can run through a more thorough wellbeing MOT. 

Depending on the client, I will introduce mindfulness elements such as breath work and meditation into my sessions, along with relevant coaching exercises for both during and in between our sessions. 

I am passionate about both coaching and wellbeing, and look forward to helping people make their lives more joyful and purposeful.

Free initial in-person, telephone or online session

Additional information

I offer a free, initial conversation to see if I'm the right fit for you. You will then be offered one free coaching session to try coaching with me, after which it's £50 per session.

I recommend at least 6 sessions 2-3 weeks apart, but this can be up to once a month. Everything will be tailored to your needs.
