I offer coaching across two key areas, Leadership/Executive/Business, and Life Coaching.
Leaders and senior leaders often seek out a coaching relationship to support them with their career, career progression, self-awareness and goal achievement.
Life coaching can support you with your relationships, personal growth and goals, and anything that you might be feeling a bit stuck with.
A coaching relationship can support you to make changes in your life. It is a focussed time for you to have the space to concentrate on yourself, something that we don't do very often!
It is there to support you to find out what you do want, to be listened to and supported to set the goals that are right for you.
My approach is to offer a trusting relationship, to listen, to offer the space for you to think and think out loud, and, to offer insights, tools and exercises that can support you to reach your goals.
I offer both face to face and telephone or Facetime sessions.

Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified as an accredited coach practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council in 2016.
The EMCC exists to develop, promote and set the expectation of best practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe and beyond, for the benefit of society. I am an associate member of the organisation.
I am a Fellow of The Institute of Leadership and Management which supports my learning and development as a leader.
I coach both women and men and offer a coaching approach to both individuals and teams. I support senior leaders within the NHS and corporate worlds. I use a coaching approach to training patient leaders in effective lay partner and mentoring development.
I have regular continuing professional development and supervision through the Kent, Surrey and Sussex (KSS) NHS Leadership Academy.
Recent training has included: Motivational Coaching an added dimension; Coaching and mentoring in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world; The Power of Peer Networking; Group coaching; Coaching for Inclusion; Working with Difference; The Mystery of Coaching Mastery; Values Beliefs and Strengths in coaching.
I retired from the NHS in 2016 and my final role was as a Director of Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services for a large NHS Trust. I offer coaching sessions free of cost to two senior leaders within the NHS at any one time as I believe that they need the support of coaching within such a complex and stressful environment, and I love to stay connected with current NHS senior leaders.
Finally, I have current professional indemnity insurance.
European Mentoring and Coaching Council
EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.
EMCC is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation.

Free 20 minute no obligation initial telephone consultation.
Fees range from £90 to £150 per hour, this is adjusted according to income and location.

Half day/full day individual and team coaching available on request.
Packages/phone coaching rates/discounts available including for young people, between 18-24.
