About me

I help people with personal workplace issues so they can reduce stress, be happier at work and secure their financial income.

I coach people who are feeling lost, stressed, fearful, anxious, stuck or threatened at work. I understand first-hand the reasons people feel stuck in a job they dislike; lacking motivation; dissatisfied with their own level of achievement; powerless to change stressful working relationships. I also appreciate the impact on personal well-being, self-esteem and mental health.

With a career of over 20 years as a HR professional in large organisations such as Sony, Logica, Thames Water and TATA Consultancy Services I know how tough it can be when things aren't going the way you want. I'm experienced at working with individuals, line managers and their teams and I believe that each person deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.

I have always been pragmatic about life and business challenges and I use my expertise to help others tap-in, turn-on and tune-in to who they are, what they want and how they can live a fulfilling life both personally and professionally.

My coaching style is open and client-centred, challenging yet supportive. I may use practical tools and techniques to support our conversation, and more importantly, there is always time for reflection and exploration.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
