About me

Choosing a Coach or a Counsellor suitable for your needs can be a difficult decision. I therefore like to keep things simple to help you in your decision process.

My role as the therapist is not to advise or tell you what to do, my role is to facilitate your growth, development and to enable self-discovery.

What do you want your future to look like?

We will work in partnership to exploring this, we will unravel what is preventing you from achieving your goals and dreams. what is it that is holding you back, impacting your life ambitions. We will work on getting you unstuck and build resilience to help you keep move forward.

Your package of support will be tailored to suit you, using either, coaching or a combination of coaching and integrated Counselling. This will be done over a time span to suit your needs.

We would start with an initial 30 minute complimentary exploration meeting, were we will look at your initial thoughts on how you want your future to look, we will then create a package of support for your to achieve that outcome.

What are the benefits of psychological support like counselling and coaching?

Life will often throw us a curve ball and test us with challenging situations, coaching can be beneficial in helping deal with those specific challenges.

Coaching can also be hugely beneficial to include it in your routine self-care, part of looking after your well-being and mental health on a regular basis. Taking time out regularly for self-reflection, will allow you to question your thought process, review your motivation, your beliefs, your values and experiences. This exploration of self can enhance your learning, development, and your effectiveness to deal with challenges as they arise, allowing you to lead your best and most fulfilled life.
