I am a Life & Wellbeing Coach and work with driven people to help them live and work smarter, not harder. I help clients to reduce stress, anxiety and frustration and to build greater happiness, success and fulfilment.
Life coaching gives time and a confidential space, for you to really think about what you want from your life. It encompasses all aspects of your life - what’s going on in one area impacts on how you feel and act in all areas of your life. Coaching enables you to explore what’s important to you, what’s working for you, what’s not and what’s holding you back. These are profound conversations that can be difficult to have with family and friends where you can be worried about being judged.
We all have a confirmation bias based on our previous experiences. The astute questioning that life & wellbeing coaching brings allows you to see both yourself and the opportunities open to you in a new light. This clarity allows you to create a vision of how you want your life to be and the confidence to make conscious choices to move you towards that.
I believe that it takes three things to build a life that brings us happiness and fulfilment – clarity on what we want, self-belief and intentional action. The work I do with clients fosters all of these.
In my work with clients, I combine my expertise as a coach with an in-depth understanding of personal development across a broad range of disciplines including neuroscience, behavioural science and positive psychology. From this, I have built simple tools and strategies that I used to change my own life, so I know they work. In my experience, making small, manageable changes in our lives can have a massive impact.
I offer one to one coaching, group programmes and wellbeing coaching for companies.

A good rapport between client and coach is essential. The first step is a free 30 minute introductory call. This is important for us both to get a feel for how it would be to work together and if we would be a good fit.
Change takes time and commitment, and this builds as new thinking and habits are imbedded. How long I work with a client depends on what the client wishes to achieve. Every client is different.
I love being outdoors and am passionate about spending time in nature, with animals and by the sea. I love travel, food and personal development. There is so much to learn.
