About me

Awareness, growth and choice

I combine powerful coaching with a deep understanding of business and professional life to support you in transforming, both in work and life in general.

I can help you radically improve your awareness, clarity and control in everything you do – producing positive shifts that will be with you for the rest of your life. Changes that will positively ripple out through your family, friends and colleagues.

As an award-winning business owner and professional, I know only too well the stresses and strains that successful people operate under and what it takes to achieve real success, fulfilment and a sense of balance in life.

I work with business people, professionals and others simply seeking self-development. My work covers business coaching, life coaching and personal coaching in equal measure. Everything we do is connected.  The approaches and techniques I use will help you dramatically transform the way you think, work and live generally.

I help people maximise their potential – in their careers, their work and their general lives. I love working with creative, committed people who want to take themselves to the next level of success, fulfilment, happiness or personal growth, whatever that means for them at this point in their lives.

My approach to coaching is all about helping you gain clarity about the important things in life and work, and then heading in precisely the direction you want to move.  My work doesn’t fit neatly into the traditional categories of ‘business coach’ or ‘life coach’ because each of us comes as a total package. Life and work are intricately bound together, and I always treat you as a whole person.

I can help you develop as much in deeper issues - like personal relationships or what you essentially want from life - as I can with more practical issues such as building a business or managing a hectic workload.

I encourage you to read more on my website about my coaching approach and understand my philosophy around what coaching is.
