About us
I am a Life Coach, Energy Healer and Conscious Living Guide. I help women to live more consciously in relationships with themselves, others and the world.
I create a safe, confidential space for women to work through things that may be challenging them mentally and emotionally in their lives, such as relationships, lack in direction and feeling at a loss.
I work intuitively, on a deeper soul level to support women in reconnecting with their passion and purpose and to feel belonging in their lives. My approach is transpersonal, which means I pay attention to more than just the ego self and the physical realm as I believe we are also spiritual beings. The coaching I offer is called Transpersonal Coaching for Transformation - Soul Life Coaching TM.
Working together through Transpersonal Coaching for Transformation – Soul Life Coaching TM or Energy Healing sessions, we will work holistically - incorporating the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual dimensions of your life. As we explore relationships and situations in your life you will have the opportunity to come to new understandings, make changes, feel balanced and move towards your goals.
I offer sessions online and some in person.

Over the past 20 years, I have trained and worked with people in a number of wellbeing, personal development, healing and spiritual settings. I am committed to supporting people with their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
