About me
Hi, I'm Lucy. I am a transformational life coach working in Dorset. I specialize in working with working women who spinning a million plates in their work and home lives, are feeling exhausted and frustrated that life seems so hard! I support them to get clarity around what they really want out of life, and guide them to thrive in their careers whilst finding work life harmony. I also facilitate training for organisations and groups of individuals, broadening women's knowledge in areas that will support them to flourish, including: finding their purpose, feminine leadership, confidence, authenticity, intentional wellbeing and influence & impact.
This work is a passion for me as it resonates with my own live experience of juggling my career, with raising four children as a single parent and carer. Working with your specific preferences, I tend to sprinkle our sessions with coaching, mentoring and life experience stories, ensuring your communication needs are met.
Naturally,I am more than happy to coach you around other issues and enjoy the challenge of creating a bespoke experience for you, whatever you bring to our sessions. These might include:

- 38 year career in the NHS including: nurse, midwife, health visitor, senior safeguarding practitioner, reciprocal mentoring programme facilitator, equality diversity & including lead, coaching & mentoring lead, organisational development manager (leadership). This breath of experience ensures I have the skills, empathy and passion to support everyone I coach to have the best experience possible.
- My coaching journey has been the highlight of my career. My life purpose has always been to make a difference to others lives, but coaching takes this to another level.
- I am an experienced coach, mentor and found of my own business - Lucy Fernandez Consultancy. Every client brings their individual story and aspirations, and my aim is to walk along beside them on their journey to living the life they dream of.
