After working in the design industry for seven years, I became a parent. This was a natural opportunity for me to reassess my path. By good fortune the company which opened the door to many of my health and lifestyle changes over the years offered a coaching course. I re-trained as a Bulletproof Coach and later I upgraded my qualification to certify with ICF and the Human Potential Institute. My professional and personal development is intertwined and I continue to deepen my knowledge and practices with both online and in person practices.
My experience during training was that personal growth accelerated through coaching and now my life is set up with daily practices, non-negotiables which I compliment when appropriate with new experiments.
During coaching sessions I always follow the client's lead. Goals and challenges are as individual as the client, however we assess basic foundations required for optimal performance, this includes; mood, nutrition, sleep and physical activity.
Whatever your challenge or goal is coaching can help you. Just having someone to listen to you and work through patterns is very healing! I have worked with clients to increase confidence, improve focus, increase productivity, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, improve confidence with parenting and many other goals.
Many people live within their comfort zone but also within a box of limitations. These limitations could be physical, mental or both. They can feel as if there is no choice and/or that something big has to change. However, more often than not it's the seemingly small daily habits which need to change. Sustainable change is consistency of habits.
My style is flexible depending on the needs of the client but generally I am presence based. I deep dive into emotions using somatic body experiencing where appropriate then offer support thorough resources and accountability. My training with Bulletproof means I have knowledge and first-hand experience of biohacking and I offer hacks to clients when appropriate. It also means I can spot when physical wellness is interfering with motivation, sleep, energy levels etc..
