I am Louisa… I am on a mission to help you feel your best self.
I am a Coach and a Personal Trainer and I am passionate about you find the tools you need to feel great and thrive in life.
I specialise in helping you find the motivation to change you life whether it be at work, in your relationships, or to develop a healthier relationship with your mind and body including weight loss. I have developed a strong interest in encouraging individuals to strive to achieve enhanced well-being to drive them forward through difficult times or build and improve their lives through exercise.
My coaching approach
I work with clients to develop and maintain motivation, build resilience and sustain balanced and healthy attitude in relation to mental health, mindset, exercise, self-image and fitness. My coaching work focuses on a combination of approaches including self compassion, mindfulness and cognitive behaviourial techniques.
My coaching is usually non-directive in nature and based on a combination of different coaching approaches including cognitive behaviour, self-compassion and mindfulness based techniques. I take a whole person approach and I believe challenges experienced in our professional lives are not necessarily easily separated from issues in our personal lives and what we do in our personal lives can benefit our professional lives.

Training, qualifications & experience
I became a Coach after following my interests in what motivates people to feel good. I completed by PG Cert in Coaching at Birkbeck in 2018 and have since studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, self-compassion, cognitive behavioural therapy. I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Training and Fitness Instructor. As well as one to one coaching and personal training, I run weekly power ballad strength workout classes and put together bespoke exercise plans for people. Contact me if interested.
I have been fortunate enough to have benefited from many years of counselling and therapy including cognitive behaviourial therapy and self-compassion based clinical psychology. I also have worked hard to transform my outlook to prioritise my own self-care. Exercise is a huge component of this for me. I regularly run, swim and cycle, taking part in triathlons and various long distance races such as marathons and half marathons. I also regularly practise yoga and meditation.

Exercise and fitness
I offer a free taster session and then prices vary according to requirements. Usually I will offer 4-6 sessions as a starter pack.
