Who am I?
I am a motivational and mindset coach and I am currently training to become a personal trainer. I believe everyone has the ability within them to find the motivation to change their lives whether it be at work, their career, at home or their fitness and exercise. I am here to help achieve you this goal.
What can I do for you
I have developed a strong interest in encouraging individuals to strive to achieve enhanced well-being to drive them forward through difficult times or build and improve their lives through whatever means available. I work with clients to develop and maintain motivation, build resilience and sustain balanced and healthy attitude in relation to mental health, mindset, exercise, self-image and fitness. My coaching work focuses on a combination of approaches including self compassion, mindfulness and cognitive behaviourial techniques.

Life and business coaching
In life and business coaching I take a whole person approach as I believe challenges experienced in our professional lives are not necessarily easily separated from issues in our personal lives and what we do in our personal lives can benefit our professional lives. I work with Executive Science a company at the forefront of organisational wellness. Training, qualifications & experience
I became a Coach after following my interests in what motivates people to feel good. I completed by PG Cert in Coaching at Birkbeck in 2018 and have since studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, self-compassion, cognitive behavioural therapy and Personal Training.
I have been fortunate enough to have benefited from many years of counselling and therapy including cognitive behaviourial therapy and self-compassion based clinical psychology. I also have worked hard to transform my outlook to prioritise my own self-care. Exercise is a huge component of this for me. I regularly run, swim and cycle, taking part in triathlons and various long distance races such as marathons and half marathons. I also regularly practise yoga and meditation.

I offer a free taster session and then prices vary according to requirements. Usually I will offer 4-6 sessions as a starter pack which cost between.
