Lou Robinson - Qualified Coach
I work with people and teams to make rewarding changes, through one to one coaching and support. I do this using my corporate programme, organisational change and digital transformation leadership experience backed up by my transformational coaching diploma and neuroscience training as well as a deep interest in psychology and why we do the things we do.
As a coach I work with entrepreneurs and executives to sort through the noise, understand what’s really important and create a clear pathway for changes in line with their strengths and preferences. I have helped directors create the personal and professional space they need to better manage stress, make the changes they want to and be better leaders. I have helped emerging leaders find their voice and be confident to speak out. I have helped entrepreneurs focus and find motivation to deliver on their ideas. I have also helped individuals work through a sense of overwhelm to map out different priorities, address conflict and make plans that better match their values - supporting several clients launch new business ideas. See referrals on my website and google feedback for more..
I love creating order out of chaos and as a natural problem solver, my coaching relationships normally start with an assessment of where my clients are and the frustrations they are feeling. Following this assessment and an understanding of what works for a specific client - we can look at the best approach for coaching to achieve the desired change.

"Lou is amazing! She was my coach during a time when I knew I wanted to make a career change, but I wasn't sure what that change should be or how I'd go about getting there. She was very good at helping me identify my actual goals and carving a path to get me there, and also helped me navigate the bumps along the way. I never knew how valuable coaching could be until I started working with her. It is game-changing. There's something that feels so good about being intentional with life. I would recommend Lou if you're planning change or going through change right now. She is an intelligent and approachable coach with tools to help you make the most of it! I look forward to working with her again in the future." Stavroula O, Former Public Sector Associate, now Freelance Agile Consultant
"Lou has been invaluable for my search for a better career and overall better outlook on life. She is an incredibly talented and neuro-science backed professional coach that helps you think beyond what is the "right job." She rather directs you to discover your own core truths and values and how those things can translate into a fruitful and happy career. She has a calm, positive and uplifting demeanour without being pretentious. She has motivated and inspired me with strategies and lessons that I can carry with me throughout my life. I recommend Lou for anyone who is looking for a coach that is passionate, intuitive and motivating". - Elisabeth H., Tel Aviv | Marketing Manager
"As a busy founder with a stressful role, requiring a huge amount of critical thinking, the coaching sessions (with Lou) have been invaluable. Essentially, Lou has provided me a toolkit that enables me to evaluate complex situations, approaching them in a considered manner whilst achieving the desired results. Fundamentally, I have become a better communicator, stronger founder and overall happier person". - SM, Founder

Before coaching starts, it is important to understand if we are a good fit. So I always start with w short (free) introduction call to explain a little more about how I work, what I'm good at and give us both time to ask questions and get to know each other a little.
This takes no longer than 40 minutes over the phone and if we we are a good fit, we can discuss how we will work together before planning the first session.
The coaching I do generally falls into three areas:
- Assessment & Evaluation
- Leadership/ Exec Coaching
- Change Making
